"Their service was polite and courteous, knowledgeable and on time! Called KS on a Saturday evening, expecting to be told to wait until Tuesday (Monday being MLK day), but he was here within 40mins. I'd managed to trip my breaker, and couldn't get it to reset, sounds simple enough, but upon closer inspection, and the disturbing smell of burning plastic, he 'opened her up', lo and behold, whoever installed the breaker box had neglected to connect all of the wires as they should have. Melted plastic abound! Ed stripped and reconnected the wires, even gave the rest of the box a once over to ensure everything was above board before sealing her back up. I am VERY pleased with an excellent service, and will be saving Kinlow Smith to my contact list for future use should anything else go electrically awry. Top job! (Being British I'm almost impossible to please, but Ed has managed to put me at ease, and provide a full 5star worthy service)." -Ubergehangt U.

"After struggling with trying to get a tripped switch to work, I conceded defeat and came to Yelp! to look for a local electrician. As I called the number, I was thinking that I would get a response the next day. Imagine when I received a call back less than two hours later! Once having received the call, though, I thought for sure that I would be told that there would be an opening available "tomorrow afternoon" or something like that. No, much to my incredible surprise, I was asked if it would be okay to arrive in 30-45 minutes. After the lights being out in half the house for two days, the answer was a resounding "Yes!". Mr. Smith arrived at my house by 8:30 pm. He saw the junction box, pulled off the cover, and immediately diagnosed the problem as a burnt wire and what he called a double-tap. It appeared that a switch had burnt out before and had not been replaced. So the wire meant for that switch was put on another one that was already occupied. Keep that in place for 13 years and we end up with a switch that eventually got burnt out. Two new switches, correct wiring, 15 minutes and less than $115 later, the electricity was back in the house and I can now use my baseboard heater and my hair dryer without fear of my lights going out. I would definitely recommend them for your electrical needs." -G. T.

I wanted to take a minute to properly thank you and Joe Strickland for all your hard work, professionalism, and effort on the referenced Project. Without both of you, the Project would not have been a success. The efforts of Joe being onsite daily, with all of the challenges and demanding schedule, were recognized by many, espically me working closely with him during the very crushing and demanding end of schedule. You both should be commended, and again to both of you, I say 'thank you'. Please give my regards to Joe, and forward a copy of this letter to him on my behalf.
